I know it's a little early, but I'm ready for autumn!  Partly because the desert heat is draining and partly because the autumn/harvest stuff is out in the craft stores now.  I went to Joann this morning to look for fabric to recover my dining room chairs and they had a whole display of scarecrows, fall scented candles, baskets, ceramic pumpkins, the works!  I was positively drooling.  I can't wait to put up my Autumn altar!  I told my oldest daughter she could help me design it.  After my youngest woke up from her nap, we were off to Michael's.  They have a lot of Halloween stuff, oh yeah!  Can't wait to start getting stuff for Halloween.  I've decided that the front yard is not enough and will now be decorating entry/dining room as well.  It'll be so much fun!  The cool temps will be nice too, of course but Autumn is my favorite time of year.  It just gets my Kitchen Witch juices to flowing thinking about all the yummy dinners and baked goods that come with that time of year.
